For those who have already picked up your team packages and completed all waivers, you may proceed directly to the grounds. Your start times will vary so please check when your first game starts. I suggest arriving 30 minutes in advance of your first game. For all others please check in at the sports registration

This year,  a volunteer Green Team — will be present at the CHEO BBQ, working to ensure that the event is as environmentally friendly as possible! In our efforts to make this year’s BBQ a “litter-free” event, please can your trash and use the recycling containers provided!
