Virtual 5k
Join us for the first time, or as a returning 5k participant, in our second virtual 5k in support of CHEO!
The Virtual 5k includes a CHEO BBQ bib and CHEO BBQ 2022 medal! Plus, the first 50 registrants will receive a limited edition 30th Anniversary Bib/Medal! Register online by Sunday May 22nd to ensure local delivery / pickup (Ottawa area) for June 1st. Registrations after May 22nd will be mailed as they are received.

As a part of the Virtual CHEO BBQ Plan B(BQ), the 5k event promotes health and wellness while raising funds for the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Funds raised will contribute to the advancement of health and research facilities for our community’s children, with the added bonus of having fun outdoors!
